Shape Up CVS is a great opportunity to achieve your fitness goals together with your colleagues. This is an inclusive program, designed for everyone, regardless of your internet access or hectic schedule. From marathon runners to those exercising for the first time, there is a place for all CVS colleagues in this fun evidence–based program.

When you join, you'll receive a FREE Shape Up CVS starter kit, which includes an Omron HJ–105 pedometer, a competition exercise logbook, and a Mayo Clinic walking guide.

You'll be able to track your progress and the progress of your team members online, via telephone speaking with a Shape Up CVS Support representative, using our telephone auto–attendant or by SMS–Text Messaging. It's never been easier to participate in our healthy challenge!

Participating teams who complete the eight week challenge will have the chance to win gift cards from Dick's Sporting Goods. Employee who complete this short challenge will earn four of their twelve mandatory Wellness Rewards points, and assist the employee in earning their $180.00 insurance reimbursement.

Your privacy will be protected! If you are competing in the weight loss category, your personal weight will never be revealed to any other colleague. All weight data is privately encrypted and hidden from everyone except you.
